Bernie purifies DNA as well as a human scientist do

works out of the box

Performs either short DNA cutoff (primers removal), or both short and long DNA cutoff (library prep)

Simultaneously purifies 12 samples for short DNA cutoff,
or 6 samples for short and long DNA cutoff

Use either command line script, or a simple GUI (available upon 10 or more pre-orders)

Robot has pressure sensors that lets it find the bottom of the tubes. Thus, it can uptake literally all volume. No dead volume problem.

Contains strong neodymium magnets

Pulls beads within 1 minute

Entire protocol in 25-45 minutes (depending on the number of samples)

Automatically adjusts parameters

Robot automatically selects proper mixing procedure depending on the available volume, viscosity, stage of the experiment

Automatic tip tracking, no need to manually specify the tip coordinates

Volume tracking: software stores volumes of all reagents, adjusts experiment accordingly

Position autocalibration

No need to manually adjust tips or tubes positions. The robot will automatically find them
